Comer Gardens Community Hall is a welcoming community space run by the Comer Gardens Hall Association (a volunteer run committee).

Our Facilities

Comer Gardens Community Hall boasts a spacious main hall, a kitchen area and male/female/disabled toilets. The main hall is fitted with a sprung floor, freestanding ballet barres and three large free standing mirrors (can be turned around as needed). There are also plenty of stacking tables and fold up chairs to be used as needed.

History Of Comer Gardens Community Hall

The Comer Gardens Community Hall has a rich history. Built in 1906, it was first used by the local Comer Gardens school as the ‘Games Room’ and the ‘Reading Room’. After the school’s closure, it became the community hall as we know it today. 

Comer Gardens Hall Association

The Comer Gardens Hall Association is  is a charitable organisation established by a group of volunteers within the community of St John and St Clement. The hall association works to ensure that the community hall is accessible to all those who may wish to use it and is actively working to improve the facilities available at the hall.
